I have turned on comments. Do remember that this is not a forum in which to argue about the merits of leashes and restraints for dogs. This is a place to report attacks that are caused by unrestrained dogs. I plan to keep a record of all such reports. If you wish to report in comments, please, also email me with a complete account, including date, time of day, location and other relevant facts. If the situation is to be ameliorated, it is important to understand the extent of the problem. Although my focus is San Diego County, I will record attack reports from any jurisdiction in the United States. I have heard that other communities are also becoming unsafe for dog walkers.
